Common uses
Nirdosh is used to give up the habit of tobacco and marijuana smoking. It increases metabolism, helping digestion and the removal of toxins from the chest and lungs.
Directions
Smoke a cigarette of Nirdosh as soon as you get tempted to smoke a normal one. It can be smoked during the morning and early evening for a balancing effect. Dose varies according to season, time of day and individual suitability. Minimal and moderate use is always the safest way to administer herbs, however when attempting to reduce the addictions of tobacco it may be considered safe to smoke Nirdosh more frequently.
Cautions
No absolute contradictions. All the herbs have a positive action on the lungs, digestive system and the mind.

Nirdosh is truley a herball product where each stick is hand-made based on charak samhita (Ancient classical text in Ayurveda) such as - Basil, Clove, Liquorice, Turmeric, Gangal, Tendu leaf, Indian Cinnamon, Bishops Weed, Indian Bedellium.
